A global Internet that permits motion of people’s information through communications in a borderless (Without a boundary) fashion and without regard to citizenship creed and gender does not give with the border system physical movement and national certainty agendas. Over the years, states have been stressful to align the Internet with their rules and regulations which some refer to as asserting digital sovereignty while others call it alignment. Supplying some services globally on the Internet has looked out on so-called alignment issues. However manager and state actors are yet to come up with a visa organization akin to that of the physical world one that would allow only interaction communication and service reception between ordinary person or people across state borders through an online visa system. The global Internet is at risk. Yet while the risk might not be impending it is being shown to be gradual. We are witnessing an unfortunate move in the narrative of how a global Internet is good for society in general. The global Internet used to be defended and supported by democratic states. But over the past  years and particularly more recently the global Internet has been seen as bad for both national and global security with various causes invoked foremost among them that the Internet remains in the hands of the private district or sector and in particular giant technology companies.

Global Security :

Global security in the field of international relationship is defined as the combination of national security of dissimilar nation-states, which have upheld peace and refrained from and determined to internal and cross-border conflicts. Global security, however, is not just about  fighting wars, combating terrorism, or eliminating violence. It is also a question of human being security: “The pursuit of human being security must have at its core the contentment of basic material needs of all the human race. At the most basic level, food, shelter, education and health care centers are essential for the survival of human beings.”

Global Internet

The global Internet is a network of networks that facilitates human being communication and interaction and access to digital services, without considering attributes such as nationality, creed, religion, and gender, among others. Yet the condition of the global Internet is greatly wounded.

As an example of the global internet , the Internet has been obstructed by authoritarian regimes’ efforts to block citizen access to the global Internet as much as possible.
